ARTIST STATEMENT
My photographs portray isolation in a constantly moving ocean environment. The capture of the unpredictable movement of waves as they unfold, reveal fleeting portraits of light, form, color and texture. Energy in motion as defined by wind, tide and current. Revealing themselves for mere seconds, these portraits allow the viewer to enter in and experience the stilled movement for a closer look.
